Bought 2 servers from Newserverlife. First server purchased they kept in contact the whole way through from build process to shipping the server. Going on 1 and a 1/2 years now with that server no issues. Bought second server from them about 6 months ago and had concerns about cooling the massive GPU we had installed. They took in my consideration and said if higher power fans would be needed they would take care of it free of charge, and again kept in contact the whole process of building to shipping. Fast forward to now the second server was having (what i thought) was m.2 pressure issues from a failing m.2 card and Dell boss card. I reached out to their warranty department with a claim. Sergey responded fast and was knowledgeable on what could be the problem. I did some more research with the new knowledge they gave and turns out it was just an incompatibility with the operating system i chose to run and the hardware i chose. After some modifications to how my OS interacted with my Bosscard everything was working fine. Sergey was there through the whole process. As someone who manages a whole IT dept and infrastructure at my company I wouldn't go anywhere else. The response time and transparency is worth its weight in gold in my field.
