Yes, absolutely. Pay the remaining balance anytime without fees or interest penalties.
If you miss a payment, we'll reach out to resolve the issue. You'll have a 60-day grace period to bring your account current. If payments aren't resumed after that period, we may need to reclaim the equipment and terminate the agreement. We always handle these situations with care and aim to find a solution before any further action is taken.
The conditions depend on timing. Within the first 30 days, a restocking fee applies as per our standard policy. After 30 days, we'll cancel the agreement and reclaim the equipment, with any remaining balance settled at that point.
Hardware is covered by lifetime warranty while hosted in our colo. Failed components are replaced on-site as part of our standard support process.
Our installment plan is available for servers placed in colocation at any of our data center locations:
