Questions and Answers

How much does colocation cost?
The cost of server colocation depends on the power it consumes and the number of units it occupies in the rack. To calculate the price, please provide us with the configurations and number of servers.
Is it possible to visit a data center?
We can organize a tour of the data center by prior arrangement. However, a visit is not required for servicing your equipment. You simply need to create a ticket in the management portal, and our staff will be able to perform work on your equipment. This could include tasks such as replacing individual components like processors, hard drives, or RAM. We frequently host equipment for clients who live and work in other states or even countries.
What are the equipment configuration requirements?
All equipment must be equipped with rails or any other mounting hardware for rack installation. To host servers, you will need a 2x10Gb SFP+ network card, with all servers connected to the network equipment using two network ports for network reliability and redundancy.
What are the benefits of server colocation in a data center?

Colocation is not merely about providing space and power for servers. It encompasses a range of services included in the subscription fee that ensure convenience, reliability, and flexibility at no additional cost.

Services include:

  • Equipment delivery to the data center (when purchased from us);
  • Server rack mounting;
  • Network connection at speeds of 20Gb/s (2 ports at 10Gbps each);
  • IPMI port connection for remote management;
  • Unlimited internet at a speed of 1Gb/s;
  • Smart hands on demand;
  • Cloud infrastructure integration;

All these advantages come with server placement in reliable Tier 3 and Tier 4 facilities. Additionally, the data center offers extra services to configure more efficient operations for clients.

How can I gain remote access to a server?
Remote server management can be achieved using IPMI technology. Servers typically have a separate port (HPE - ILO, DELL - iDRAC, Supermicro - BMC) for this purpose. Each server is connected through a separate port to a backup infrastructure and assigned dedicated IPv4/IPv6 addresses. For security, access is restricted by a Firewall. In your personal account, you can set permission rules temporarily or permanently at any time. This way, you ensure access to your server is granted only to trusted individuals.
