At NewServerLife, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your server, you may be eligible for a return under the terms outlined below.
Return Period
You may return your refurbished server within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the shipping carrier’s tracking system.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA:
- Contact our team at support@newserverlife.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- We will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, the returned product must:
- Be in original packaging, including all internal protective materials
- Include all original components, accessories, and documentation
- Be in unused and undamaged condition
- Have the RMA number clearly written on the external shipping label (not on the manufacturer’s original box)
Refund Amount
The refund will be issued based on the amount originally paid for the returned item, minus a restocking fee. The refund will not reflect the current market price of components at the time of return.
Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
This fee does not apply if:
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during shipping
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened software packages
- Digital products and license keys
- Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Products with removed serial numbers or identification labels
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective item or your product is damaged in transit:
- Report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Upon receiving the item, we will offer a replacement or full refund, without any restocking fee
Return Processing
Once your return is received:
- Our technical team will inspect the item for completeness and condition
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
