Coverage Scope
Our warranty covers the replacement of defective hardware components within the specified warranty period, provided that the malfunction is due to manufacturing defects or standard wear under normal usage. Any issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or external damage are excluded from this warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
- This warranty does not cover software issues, configuration errors, or damage caused by the customer or third-party actions.
- Accessories purchased separately are subject to a 3-month warranty.
- Servers hosted in colocation are eligible for a 5-year warranty, applicable only while they remain in our colocation facilities.
- Refunds are not provided under any warranty conditions. Our obligation is limited solely to the replacement or repair of faulty components within the warranty terms.
