Dell EMC PowerEdge R650 is a 1U rack server designed for use in large organizations with a high level of IT infrastructure load. This server solution is meant for completing various complex tasks that require computational operations, large data storage, and high efficiency in database and application processing.

DELL R650 server is equipped with Intel Xeon Scalable Generation 3 processors (up to 40 cores), has 32 memory slots and supports up to 4 TB of DDR4 RAM with an LR-DIMM module package.

The Dell EMC PowerEdge R650 employs RAID technology with a PERC controller, additional network controllers, and features such as virtualization and resource management.

Up to 10 2.5" SAS/SATA/NVMe (HDD/SSD) hard drives or up to 4 3.5” SAS/SATA hard drives (HDD/SSD) can be installed on the front panel. Up to 2x 2.5” SAS/SATA/NVMe drive cage can be installed on the rear compartment, reducing the number of I/O slots.
